When eventually - and it really was an unacceptably long wait, because they won't employ enough operators - someone picked up the phone, she had no idea about any regulations, and wasn't interested in finding out for me. The whole attitude of Norwegian is that once they've got your money, they couldn't care less, and they don't mind telling you so.
